Employee wants to know what is expected from them, when people knows what they have to do in the company and more importantly how they have to do it. Problem arises when the goals are unclear or intangible or not measurable or no possible. In this way, employee can feel that they have no security and they are unsuccessful in life, so entrepreneur must give them the clarity about their growth and what is expected from them

 

Employee Contribution:

Every employee has unique strength, ideas, skills. Company must give chance to all the employees to contribute to the growth of the company. If they have any idea which can impact to the growth of the company in future then it might be worth creating a process where employees can provide their ideas or suggestions as a feedback in a way that they will feel themselves as appreciated and validated.


Opportunity to explore new skills:

Allow your staff to use their Talent Skills, Knowledge in the workplace. Many employees wants to contribute to the growth of the company outside their work profile but we never give them the chance or appraise them to do the same again in future as we understand that you are assigned for the particular Job and do that rightly or correctly, don’t interfere in any other activities.

Entrepreneur must know the other Skills or Talent of their employee after discussing with them or after spending some time with them. this is my leader function in the mind that they are not giving me asking for my refuge should understand

Rewards and Appreciation: 

We are human being and everyone wants to be thanked differently. Some like the Boss to make an announcement in front of the team, whilst others prefer a quiet ‘Great job on that project’ in a review and some still prefer a Cash voucher or Bonus to feel appreciated.

But most importantly, treat people consistently and fairly without favouritism is the key to manage employee and reward them as per their valuable contribution.
