Requirements

• Masters degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement

Job Role

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Set employee KRAs and devise a proper performance management system. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Asses training needs and ensure all the necessary training for employee benefit is in place
• Ensure all HR related policies and documents are in place and legal compliance throughout human resource management
